ArsaVev, which has recently come to the forefront with its innovative real estate products, was awarded the Innovation Award at the London Global Quality Summit.
The theme of the 18th “European Quality Summit” held in London this year was “R&D, Innovation and Service Quality”.
At the night where successful companies, individuals and institutions were awarded, ArsaVev was deemed worthy of the quality award in the innovation category.
Bülent Öztürk received the award from Sunil Chopra, Mayor of London Southwark.
In his speech at the award ceremony, Mr. Öztürk said: “First of all, I am very proud to be here with so many successful business people, and I would like to thank everyone for recognizing us with such an award. I wish God’s mercy for those who lost their lives in the earthquake disaster our country experienced. Our country, with its state and nation, will overcome these difficult days and even come out stronger as always.
As V Club and ArsaVev, we set out in 2019 with the aim of enabling people to own land with title deeds, ready infrastructure and equipped with social areas with accessible budgets and conditions. I am proud to say that in our history, we have never let our investors lose. In less than 4 years, we have made 11,200 people the owners of residences, hotels, dormitories and zoned land in 17 different locations with a turnover of over 3 billion TL.”
“We established the Village Club, a first in Turkey, with the sharing economy model used in almost every sector in developed countries around the world. With this model, all our customers have the right to benefit from the social areas in every project we develop.
To give an example; our customer who bought land from our project in Ankara Beypazarı can use the olive oil workshop in our project in Assos Ayvacık and produce his own olive oil, while our customer who owns land from our project in Dikili has the chance to use the guest house of our project in Avşa.”
LAND EXPORTS AND IMPORTS FROM ARSAVEV
Öztürk continued his speech as follows;
“As of 2023, we are preparing to export and import land. We are establishing sales offices in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria and the UK in order to bring our customers from abroad together with the land we develop in Turkey. At the same time, we are planning to develop land projects in the UK, Germany, Greece and the USA thanks to the global land development department we have established. Once again, on behalf of myself and ARSAVEV, I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this important organization and extend my regards.”
