Kocaeli and Edirne Governorships took action for tiny houses, containers, caravans and the like placed on agricultural lands.
The governorship, which determined that there were agricultural lands offered for sale under the name of cooperatives without obtaining a “Non-Agricultural Use Permit” within the scope of the Soil Conservation and Land Use Law No. 5403 and without making a zoning plan, warned the citizens.
According to the initial findings of the governorship, it was revealed that agricultural lands were offered for sale as cooperative shares, and buyers were deceived by underhanded businesses into placing permanent or temporary structures on these fields.
They Created Imaginary Plots
It has been determined that people who separate the fields with imaginary parcels and roads disrupt the integrity of the use of agricultural lands, prevent crop production, destroy agricultural lands and cause illegal construction.
